SERVPRO of South Sarasota Supports Satchel’s Last Resort

SERVPRO of South Sarasota was represented by Mike Carter at a fundraising event hosted by CAI (Community Associations Institute) West Florida Chapter. Attendees at Big Top Brewing Company in Sarasota enjoyed the 2nd annual Corn Hole Tournament. Proceeds benefited Satchel’s Last Resort. As you can se by the empty plate in the after photo, our slogan "Like it never even happened." seems appropriate after lunch.

SERVPRO of South Sarasota is committed to community service.

SERVPRO of South Sarasota was happy to partner with the YMCA Youth Shelter, Sarasota County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Sarasota Class of 2019 and other community partners to help give the youth shelter a much needed clean up and renovation. CAI West Florida Chapter Monthly Networking Breakfast

Our team recently attended the Community Associations Institute (CAI) West Florida Chapter monthly networking breakfast. The CAI provides information, resources, and tools that promote the highest standards among business partners, managers, and board members. Our team at SERVPRO had a great time at the event, and we enjoy community events like this.

The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce Event

We attended an event held by The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce at the SunCoast Blood Bank. It was a fantastic event, and our team had a great time. The main purpose of the SunCoast Blood Bank is to collect, test, process, match, store, and distribute blood products needed to serve the health centers and hospitals in the community. The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce website has a ton of information about fishing, shopping, fitness, real estate, community events, and job opportunities.

Siesta Key Chamber Social Event

The team recently attended the Siesta Key Chamber event hosted at the Suncoast Blood Bank. It was a social function where many members had the opportunity to interact and network with each other. What made it an even more eventful night is that our very own, Michael Carter, won a raffle! Here he is pictured with Scott Bush, CEO of Suncoast Blood Bank. SERVPRO of South Sarasota is proud to be involved in the local community!

2018 CAI West FL Chapter Event

The team at SERVPRO of South Sarasota had a blast at the recent CAI West Community Associations Day event! It was a great turnout, full of exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and volunteers. While we were there, we had the opportunity to meet and network with more local businesses around our community. Thank you to the Community Associations Institute West Florida Chapter for putting this event together! The mission at CAI is to provide education, training, and resources promoting the highest standards among business partners, board members, and homeowners for the benefit of all community associations in the Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties.

August 2017 'Lunch & Learn' Event

It was a packed house at our most recent 'Lunch & Learn' event! The panel, full of professionals in the restoration and real estate industry, discussed topics such as how to take care of your residential or commercial property after a major storm hits your local area. We hope that everyone enjoyed the event and congratulations to those of you who won a few prizes. Our SERVPRO of South Sarasota team looks forward to next month's meeting!

June 2017 'Lunch and Learn' Event

Thank you to everyone who attended the SERVPRO of South Sarasota 'Lunch & Learn' event. As you can see in the photo, it was a great turnout! The topic of the seminar was Emergency Preparation and Evacuation. Being homeowners and property owners in Florida, these discussions are critical to have since we are prone to have tropical storms, hurricanes, and flooding. We want to give huge thanks to Edward J. McCrane Jr., Director of Emergency Management at Sarasota County Government, for being the guest speaker. SERVPRO of South Sarasota is always here to help and here to serve!
